The lid not only acts as a cover; it keeps lures, hooks, weights or extra skirts at easy reach. The base has 8 dividers creating up to 10 compartments that hold bags of worms or up to 96 spinner baits. Heavy duty LockJaw latches keep everything secure. The 3940 is great to have when carrying large boxes is just not convenient.
